Open hours of communication are: Monday through Friday 11am - 7pm and by appointment on Saturday and Sunday.
Mode of communication
For general communication, follow-up, style and design references in form of pictures and non-contractual communication, Client is encouraged to communicate with The Event Concierge team within the Whatsapp group created specifically for their event.
For contract or service agreement reviews and sharing, Client is encouraged to communicate via email using hello@theeventconciergedmv.com or the email address of the assigned Lead Event Concierge.
Average response time by your Event Concierge team is 2 hours during business hours and 12 or more hours outside of business hours. Please note that the increased response time outside of business hours accommodates for administrative demands and other clients’ events.
Rental Guidelines
- For rental items which require set-up, Client must provide The Event Concierge DMV team with two hours of set-up time prior to the start of the event. If the allotted set-up time is less than two hours, it is required that the Client communicate the allotted set-up time in writing – in order for adequate labor arrangement(s) to be made by The Event Concierge DMV team.
- All rented items must be in usable condition upon return or pick up. No cracks, no chips no dents and no chewing gum Usable condition will be determined by the lead staff of The Event Concierge DMV.
- Failure to retain rented items in usable condition will result in a replacement cost per damaged or unusable item, at retail price.
- All rented place settings (dinnerware, drinkware & flatware) must be bussed off the tables and placed in the provided storage bins or crates before the contracted pickup time.
- Failure to place rented place settings in the provided storage bins and crates will result in the assessment of a labor charge of $300.
- All rented linens must be placed in the provided linen bag before the contracted pickup time.
- Failure to remove the linens from the tables and place rented linens in the provided linen bags will result in the assessment of a labor charge of $300.
